1 User Commitments
By using our services, you confirm that you:
- Have reached the legal age in your country of residence.
- Will not use FileSwiftly for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
- Will not attempt to damage, overload, or interfere with the technical integrity of our servers (viruses, automated scripts, DDoS attacks, etc.).
- Will not circumvent the security measures in place (CSRF tokens, rate limiting, file validation).
2 Service Description
FileSwiftly is an online tools platform that lets you process files directly from your browser. The tools offered include:
Compress, merge, split PDF
Compress, convert, resize Images
Convert Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, TXT
Create and extract ZIP
QR Code generator
Password generator
The QR Code and Password generators run entirely client-side (in your browser) — no files are sent to our servers.
3 Intellectual Property
All content on fileswiftly.com (logos, text, source code, design, interface) is the exclusive property of FileSwiftly.
Files you upload remain your exclusive property. FileSwiftly claims no rights on your documents.
4 File Handling and Protection
Your privacy is at the heart of our service:
Ephemeral processing
Your files are kept only for the time strictly necessary for processing.
Deleted within 1h
All uploaded and generated files are permanently deleted after 1 hour.
Random names
Files are renamed with random identifiers to ensure anonymity.
FileSwiftly is not a storage service. You must keep an original copy of your files. We cannot be held responsible for data loss.
5 Usage Limits
To ensure quality of service for all users, the following limits apply:

- 10 operations / minute
- Ads displayed
Pro
Coming soon- Files up to 200 MB
- Priority processing
- No request limits
- Ad-free
6 Accepted file formats and types
Only the following file types are allowed on our platform. Any non-compliant file will be automatically rejected:
7 Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Although we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that:
- The service will be entirely free of errors or interruptions.
- The results obtained from our tools (compression, conversion) will perfectly suit every specific need.
- The quality of the converted file will be identical to the original (particularly for complex format conversions).
FileSwiftly cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the service.
8 Third-Party Services and External Links
Our platform uses the following technologies to process your files:
- Ghostscript — PDF compression and processing
- Sharp — high-performance image processing
- LibreOffice — office document conversion
Our site may contain links to third-party sites. FileSwiftly has no control over these services and disclaims any liability for their policies.
9 Pricing Changes
Currently, all tools on fileswiftly.com are accessible free of charge within the limits described in section 5.
If Premium options are ever introduced, a clear notification will be displayed on the site and pricing will only apply after your explicit consent.
10 Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect technical or legal changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page is authoritative.
Your continued use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the country where FileSwiftly is registered. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
