No. MP3 compression is irreversible. Converting MP3 to WAV produces a larger lossless file that contains the same audio quality as the MP3 — not the original recording.
Can I convert a video file to audio (extract audio)?

What is the maximum file size?

Does conversion change audio duration?
No. The audio duration is preserved exactly. Only the encoding format changes.
Is OGG Vorbis compatible with all devices?
No. OGG is widely supported on Android, Linux and modern browsers, but not natively on iOS/macOS or older Windows systems. For universal compatibility, use MP3 or AAC.
