When to reach out
FileSwiftly is built for speed and privacy, so most of our tools work without any handholding. Contact us when you hit a real blocker (a failed upload, a corrupted download, unexpected behaviour) or when you want to suggest a new tool, report a content issue, or explore a business partnership. We read every message personally and reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use FileSwiftly?
No. Every tool — PDF, image, audio, video, AI — works without signup, without email, and without any form of tracking beyond anonymous analytics.
Are my files private?
Yes. Files are uploaded over HTTPS, stored on isolated server partitions, and deleted automatically after 1 hour. No human reviews your content, and we never share files with third parties.
Why did my upload fail?
Most failures come from three causes: file larger than 100 MB (free tier), wrong file type (e.g. uploading an .exe to a PDF tool), or a temporary server hiccup. Refresh the page and try again; if it persists, email us the browser console error.
Can I suggest a new tool?
Absolutely. Use the form above with subject "Suggestion". We review community requests monthly and ship the most-requested tools within 4-8 weeks.
Do you offer an API or bulk processing?
A simple API is available for partners processing >1 000 files per month. Reach out with subject "Partnership" and we'll share pricing and documentation.
Is FileSwiftly GDPR compliant?
Yes. We run a regional Google Consent Mode (all tracking denied by default for EU visitors), process the minimum data required, and delete all files within 1 hour. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Response time expectations
We aim to reply to every message within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, CET). Bug reports and payment-related questions are handled first, followed by partnerships, then suggestions. If your request is time-sensitive, mention that explicitly in the subject.
